Customer Service:

Our customer service team is working hard to respond to customer queries. If you have a query then please contact us via e-mail. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response (Mon-Fri).

Delivery:

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 days and you will receive an email dispatch notification from us - remember to check your junk mail!

Returns: 

You are welcome to return an item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. For details on how to do this please view our Returns page.

Business hours:

Our usual business hours are -
Monday-Thursday: 9am to 5pm
Friday: 9am to 4pm
Weekends: closed (emails are answered on the following Monday)

Please note that we are a business so orders that are received on a Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched in the next 1-2 working days.
