UK Delivery:

* Working days are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. After 1pm they are dispatched on the next working day.

* The last dispatch day for free standard delivery by Christmas is Monday 18th December. 

* The last dispatch day for next day delivery by Christmas is Wednesday 20th December. 

 

* Our next day option is either Royal Mail or DPD depending on the weight of the parcel. Next day delivery is unavailable between 22nd Dec and 27th Dec. 

May we ask that customers input an e-mail and mobile telephone number on their order. This is so our delivery partners can contact you with updates about your delivery and you can make changes should you need to.

Please bear in mind that during the exceptionally busy Christmas peak season, your item may take a little longer to arrive so your patience is appreciated.

 

International Delivery:

We currently offer International delivery to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and USA:

Standard International Delivery on orders up to £34.99 - £12.99

Standard International Delivery on orders over £35 - £19.99

Expected Delivery - 7-10 working days

Unfortunately we are presently unable to offer International shipping to Europe, due to the changes surrounding import duty charges to various destinations following the UK leaving the EU. We apologise to our overseas customers and hope to have this available again as soon as possible. 

You can however purchase our items through our UK eBay store via the eBay Global Shipping Programme. This means we ship the goods to an eBay address in the UK, and they arrange the final shipment to your international destination and charge the shipping accordingly.
